After months of trying to get help from our lender with a mortgage modification we ran out of time. our home was headed for foreclosure, my husband was out of work. we thought we would loose everything! Ellen listened to us and suggested the perfect option. The Chapter 13 Bankruptcy went smoothly and we were able to keep our home. She reassured both of us through the whole process and took time to turn a scary situation into an answered prayer. Thank You!

We turned to ELB as a last resort after being scammed by one legal service (and financially cleaned out) and mis-led by another attorney. ELB legal services were prompt, efficient, and most of all honest, and that meant a lot to us. THey handled out bankruptcy without a hitch, and everything sorked out exactly as they said it would. As it turns out, we should have turned to ELB in the first place! Thank you so much for all your help and assistance..but most of all for being honest and straighforward with us!

I called ELB on December 31, 2010 around noon to get help in stopping a foreclosure sale on my property, scheduled for Jan 3, 2011. Ellen scheduled my wife and I for a 3:00 appointment the same day and prevented what would have been a rotten way to start the new year. What impressed me the most was her concern, care, and honesty with the process and charges that I would incur. Not to mention that she was in line at costco when she took my call and still on News Years Eve made me feel as if she was waiting for my call anxious to be of assistance. As of this review our case is not complete, however I have no doubt in my mind that the ending will go as smooth as the beginning. Highly recommended!!
